Finally feel like I am getting somewhere. Caught my personal best LMB this morning 2.24 pounds. Been fishing for a few years now was usually using my ultralight with a swim shad on it catching smaller stuff. Then I have a heavier rod that I run some sort of bait on. Mostly chicken liver for catfish, or worms. Couple weeks ago decided to get more of a bass rod, and also purchased a senko kit off Amazon. I’ve been mostly running a wacky rig, or weightless Texas rig and I am in awe of how effective these things are. Really kicking myself for not trying this sooner. For some reason I had my doubts about a plastic worm… but these thing rock. Best $30 I’ve ever spent. Hope this helps some of the guys just getting started
