What exactly is this? It's small like 1/16 oz, works great on 4lb trout spinning rod.

Based on the shape and the hooks it’s probably a Cotton Cordell blade bait in a discontinued or exclusive color. If you’re looking for a replacement you can find Cotton Cordell at Walmart but you may or may not find that specific color. If the color is more important than the brand, 6th sense, dimiki vault, and berkley make good blade baits in similar colors, and they’ll probably come with better factory hooks.
