Where do you think catfish would hide in here? This is my grandpas pond and I’ve caught catfish in it before but I need to know where to cast my lure and where they may be hiding.

Cast at one spot for a little while and then move if you’re not getting any bites, i would move after 30 minutes of no bites

If your bait has a strong odour the cat will find the bait. If not look for anything it may be lurking under waiting for minnows to swim by.

Catfish is nothing but a waiting game. Throw out something stinky and let it soak.

Look for any underwater structures, old trees, branches etc. and bank overhangs. Catch a small bluegill and use it for bait on a weighted live rig.
