So in 2022 I bought a lew,s pro MP reel on a lews KVD 7ft med heavy rod from a friend 4

3 fishing trips after I bought it I broke the rod in my garage door I’ve been using a 6,6 med rod from Temu and it just doesn’t feel that good!

I mainly use the rod for bass speckle trout and redfish fishing with jig heads/chatter heads with soft plastics

I was wondering what rod i should buy for it in the 100-200 dollar range

Also should i just use the combo for a different fishing style entirely i mainly just aim for 1-8 pound fish
