It seems like I'm constantly adjusting and adding things. But I handmade my own transom. Cut down an old trolling motor to fit on a kayak and wired it into a remote box. Built my own lithium battery smartbox and added some rod holders to the back. Built a center bar out of PVC. Built a little bait cutting table for it as well. Installed a front anchor. And then wired it all up.
