Does anybody know what brand or how much this lure would be worth? It’s from my grandpa and I would guess it was bought around the 1960-70s. It doesn’t have any marks or tags on it.

Its a Bomber. Guessing because its bomb shaped. Made by Bomber Bait Company.
Your time line is about right. Used to catch bass with these in the mid 70’s.
