This is about my 8th time ordering from digitaka. Never had an issue but this time my reels stuck in clearance. Anyone have this occur before? And im assuming it should clear as its just a reel?

No experience with ordering from this company, but lots of experience in global logistics.
It should clear.
The shipment is reviewed by another entity, likely still a fdx broker though it could be a third party. The shipping party likely forgot some detail on a document.
