I fish at these two spots in the river. I try to cast the bait as far as possible. Right now, the river has a lot of water, so I can't send it all the way to the middle. I use bread or worms as bait, but no fish are biting. Am I fishing in the wrong spot? What should I do?

It looks like you have mostly carp species in that river. Try fishing at night, I’ve always had better fishing for carp at night. They are bottom feeders so a worm on the hook on the river bottom should do.
Use the bread and worms on a little hook to catch small fish than use the fish as live bait. Or if you know a store that sell live bait go and try that.
