Am I able to use this in ponds with moderate cover? There are some open areas without lily pads at the pond I fish at but there is usually weeds under the surface.

In my experience as long as you’ve got a foot or two of weedless water above the weed beds you can fish these spinners in it. Just need to get on the trek fast after the cast and either keep it just above the weeds or you can try letting just the bottom of it dip into the edges of the weeds.

I would attach a cut on half worm or small soft plastic on the hook so it won’t snag as easy Kinna like a Texas rig
