Was at a local “shop” and a more experienced angler showed a couple of us this knot he uses in his leader. The second loop’s tag seems to go over the first, didn’t catch that at first.

Good ol’ Palomar Knot. The end loop generally goes into a swivel. Used when you want to switch out leader lines easily if you are using different lures/ hooks, I’m guessing.
