Perhaps add an interesting piece of drift wood for structure and visual interest and something to create a hide when some fish don’t feel like being bothered – which also improves complexity.

I’d crank the air stone more, get some better aeration going in there.

Change it to something like an 8″ bar or 4″ disc.
