I just recently purchased a new Toyota Tundra that will be my primary fishing vehicle.
I have a 100 series Lexus LX470 (fancy Landcruiser) that we use for local streams, however it only gets 16mpg.
I live in NW AL and my wife and I enjoy going on camping/fly fishing trips to East TN and West NC. So my “fishing” vehicle needs to have a comfortable ride, decent fuel mileage and 4-wheel drive.
I’m installing a tonneau cover on the bed this weekend to protect our camping gear while traveling to and from the mountains.
No rod vaults, we break our rods down when driving from location to location.
Any other 3rd gen Tundra owners on here?
