Fishing this morning and I belive I might have Caught the same fish as two weeks ago. Even landed him within 30 yards of the same place and on the same lure. The visible gill and size are very similar but the pattern down his side seems different. Could it change that much during fall transition?

Nah. The pelvic fin on the second fish is way more round.
