A crappie, some solid Bluegills, and two slab shellcrackers. Fried them up and did a side by side taste test, and while bluegill was the best with the batter I made the winner for just flavor of the fish was crappie. Shellcracker was fishier than the crappie but more mild and sweet than the gills
