Is my technique good?

Hello everyone, This is my first post here.
Yesterday i’ve been fishing for 8 Hours looking for bass in a lake but only got 1.
I’d like to ask if my technique is good, and if I choose the right spot (i changed position every 20/30 mins).
Did i do sonething wrong? What can i improve?
