Pretty new to fly fishing. I’ve been really liking streamer fishing lately, but the old tapered leader I’ve been using has gotten down shorter than 4ft and it feels super thick and given how clear the water is right now where I’m at, I’d like a bit longer of a leader.
Instead of going out and buying a new leader, any reason I shouldn’t just use this 10lb mono I have lying around?
