So ive got this old Phlueger Summit, bit as you can see one of the handles broke off and its missing a cap on the other side. What should i do to go about getting that piece put back on in a useable state and wherd can i get a replacement cap?
Ive got a lathe and will be replacing the bakelite handles (one already fully disintegrated) with either spalted tamarind or purpleheart. I already unguncked and oiled all the gearing and everything so it spins just fine when applying pressure where that cap would go.
