How are you mounting your battery and fish finder on the top of your kayak? I mounted the transducer underneath but have just been plugging the cable into the helix ice fishing mount / bag. Looking for ideas.

I have a livescope and use the travel bag. I use it in the winter for ice fishing so I didn’t want anything permanently attached to my kayak. I lose a little leg room, but I prefer it this way.

Use the solo mount holes up front. There is 3 threaded holes that you can install a ram ball on then you have endless possibilities

I use a yakattack round base for my garmin mounted to a rail, then I have an ammo box with my battery behind the seat bungeed to my milk crate. I run the wire from the battery box under the seat and out by the left cupholder where it can reach the rail
