I started fishing two months ago, first 4 times I went no fish, then one day I found a box of worms and put one on under a bobber like i saw others doing. I caught my first two bass. I got into lure fishing, and caught bass as well. I had a bit of trouble during July, so I found out there was trout fishing in creeks. Went to my local creek and used the rooster tail lure from the bass box my neighbor gave me who stopped fishing, and it caught 7 rainbow trout in an hour. I also got back into bass fishing and caught a lot of them. Thanks to this forum, I learned alot about fishing and became better at fishing. Thank you!

You will be humbled I promise but I am glad you’re enjoying it. It gets harder the bigger the body of water. Nothing better than pulling up fish after fish though which is why I love ponds.
Smallmouth are my favorite fish to catch
