It has a black hollow hard plastic tube with a big ass weight on the bottom of it. The tube was about pencil sized and had a length of elastic strap in it, and was connected to a 8” or so leader where you would attach the plastic minnow. The idea was the tube would stay on the bottom while you use the elastic to make your minnow dance!
I can’t find it anywhere, and I’m staring to worry I am imagining it. I swear I used it as a teen when I was into fishing, but I remember it got snagged constantly because of the weighted elastic part.
