It’s hard to see, but there’s about 3-5+ fish swimming around in a circle. This happens every day. Anyone know what’s going on?

I can’t be 100% sure because it is too hard to see, but I think it is carp sucking bugs off of the surface. The tail breaking the water is what makes me think so. I see a lot of that, here in the Midwest.
