absolute tank of a Sargo…weighed just under 4 pounds….caught on shrimp…just next to the piling in the surf area….the nibbles felt like a perch…then I set the hook and just felt dead weight.
Just started fly fishing this summer so this is my best catch so far. Caught some pretty nice ones before, but this guy was for beefier. I forgot my net too so he made me work for it. Posted by zrowett
