This is everything i have, would this be good not only for freshwater but also saltwater?

You are going to get heart broken using that for saltwater and even freshwater. Telescopic rods are a no go for me. A better fresh water combo sort of “do it all” would be an ugly stik gx2 they go for maybe 50$. But to answer the question no it is not good

Need more context. Jigs with plastics are always a safe bet. Telescopic rods are unpopular for a number of reasons, but I keep one handy as an emergency. But too many variables to bless it as “good.” Catching small bass or crappie in the neighborhood pond? Good. Catching lake trout in Maine? No.
