So I’ve had the Abu Garcia vendetta for a little over a year now. Not a huge fan, not very sensitive imo. Looking to step up. If you only had 1 rod to choose from under $150 and why ? I’m looking purely for SENSITIVITY, WARRANTY, RELIABILITY & PRICE. Based on that criteria what would be my best options? These are the ones I was looking at, as of now. Thanks yall !!

Unsure about the Element rod, but I do have a Fury 734c. It’s been an enjoyable rod for the amount of fishing I do and has pretty much handled whatever I’ve thrown at it. Trig baits, chatterbaits, jigs, spinners, buzz baits… really just a solid all around rod.
I wouldn’t pay full price for it though as you can usually find it on sale. I would recommend watching tackle warehouse or American legacy fishing for it.
I run primarily Dobyns rods, I have the Fury in the 733c and really enjoy it for my lighter top waters. I buy them from Amazon normally and they go on sale often
I have quite a few Cashions, including the prior generation Element all purpose. Cashion makes fantastic rods.
I’ve only had one Dobyns. Wasn’t among my favorites. They have a huge following though
Nothing wrong with dobyns actually a really great brand. But Cashion is made in the US by a relatively small team, great warranty, and they make their own blanks. I love NC so im biased but my Cashion Icon is the nicest rod ive owned.
For that price point, why not look at the st croix bass X? 5 year warranty, reasonably sensitive, roughly only $125
The 734c for moving baits has to be one of the most versatile rod actions I’ve ever fished. I go to my OG Orochi XX EMTF for soft plastics and jig sensitivity bottom contact though. The 734c is a spinnerbait and lipless machine. It also fishes swim jigs, buzzbaits, bladed jigs, and some top waters very well. It will do bottom contact well enough, especially if your stay in contact with your line. It’s my go-to lipless rod though. Keeps em pinned!
#2 imo
