So this combo it supposed to be a spincast but I’ve changed it to a TriggerSpincast the thing is the rod is backwards.
is this bad??
The rod can bend on both sides??

It will work, but not as well as it should. The trigger on the rod (not the reel) being on top is going to make it more uncomfortable to hold, and the first few line guides are too small for spinning reels and under-mounted spincasts like that. That will hinder your casting distance.

You are holding a casting rod, and you have a bait casting reel mounted. Will it work – yes. But, later on, when you learn about drag, tension, and other factors, the reel types make a difference! Plus, I think it’s easier to learn about these concepts by seeing them on a spool, in action!

Something a kid will use but it will work.
