Caught a break in the rain today so you know I had to do it. No FFS here but those jighead minnows sure do work. Caught her literally at my feet in probably less than two feet of water. I've learned over time to always fish all the way back to the bank. I get more hits that way than anything else. Bait is a zoom Fluke on just a simple 1/16th ball head jig. I think its got a 1/0 hook, a little bigger than your standard crappie hook. I keep that drag pretty light.

Nice catch. That presentation looks fire even though it’s put together with supposedly “cheap” baits
