Hey guys 👋 help me out here please. Why does this Smallmouth have such a large foreskin? I’ve never see this before. I’m worried if the fish in this lake are safe or not.

Hi, newbie here for the most part. I caught this Smallmouth and my friend was telling me that something looked wrong with its foreskin when I sent him the picture. What could cause this to happen? Should I stop eating these bass from the water? I’ve caught them with foreskin that looks like this before.
