I have these flies in my small carry case , these are the only ones I have so far that the inlet fits my leader perfectly. The separate ones I have outside of my case are the rest of my flies that won’t fit onto my leader. For the ones not in my carry case , can anyone identify these so I can order them a size or 2 larger in hopes I can fit them on my leader? I have screenshots of my order as well, I just am new to this and they look admittedly similar to one another . Also , you can ignore the fly spoon looking ones as that isn’t part of the order.

If it won’t fit onto your leader, you might have to just use tippet. The main advantage of fly fishing is to present even smaller lures and flies, so your typical 4lb mono won’t fit through the eye.
I’d get some 5X or 4X tippet, mono. Smaller X = stronger and thicker tippet. 5X is 4-5lb test and 4X is often stronger than 7lbs. Alternatively, multiple your tippet size by 3 and by 4, and you get the ideal fly sizes.
Example: using 4X tippet, I can use size 12-16 flies easily with a fly rod. You should also be able to thread the eye of the hook in this range. Using a spin rod you can also get away with thinner tippet on larger flies, like 4X on a size 8 hopper pattern.
I’m genuinely curious how you fly fish with a spinning rod, cuz I have some great spots that are too dense to use my fly pole
Tie some tippet or a tapered leader on to your line.
I have nothing to add other than those exact fly spoons are a hell of a lot of fun on a beefier tenkara rod for panfish.
