I’d probably start over in that narrow area between the bays with a top water or spinner

I do best with pike fishing early in the morning. Live bait from pre-dawn to sunrise, can use lures once there is light.
Be at your spot when the sun is coming up.

First I’d cast into a tree to get that out of the way, and then if you’re looking for pike try and find some reeded area and cast near them something nice and shiny that’s loud, like a Mepps
