Any hook setup for the small jigs is better than the others?

I replaced triples on the jigs and small lures, and I was wondering:

Jigs: Any of these 3 setups is better than the others? or it doesnt really matter that much.

Bottom one came like that, the other 2 had a triple on the rear.

Minnows: Is the size and location fine? And using assist hooks or is it better to use normal ones?

    I’d be scared putting a hook in the line ring because it’s another thing that can rub on the knot and cause line stress/abraision
