A neighbor up the road was tossing it out, he's really old so I figured this might be too.
It needs the reel clamp piece but otherwise looks\feels alright.

Are the guides on the bottom of the blank?!?
To me it looks like that rod allows a bait caster or spin caster to feel like a spinning rod
