The fishing kit this reel came with included a rod and tackle box. It was pretty cheap from academy and the rod broke – what kind of specs do I need to look for in a rod to go with this reel? Is it worth it to do that or just get a new kit?
Doing local small streams and ponds fishing for things like trout, bass, crappie, that type of stuff. Just started out so this is the only one Iâve used ever.
2+1 ball bearings, gear ratio 5.4:1, 6#125 yards or 4#195 yards. Not sure if I can link but itâs called Profishiency telescopic spinning combo.
