The spot I fish has tons of rock that goes all the way down the bottom of a valley. The bass like it right next to the drop off. The bluegill love to be on the other side or at the bottom of it. Might be over complicate it though

  1. I would use a fish rod with line on it, and a lure of some kind attached to that line. After that I would cast into the water and try to catch a fish.

  2. Pretty vague question. Could be literally any bait without knowing the vegetation, water clarity, shelf drop off, etc. If it’s rocky, throw a football jig and a craw trailer. I’d say that’s a good start

  3. I’d have a line out with a good 3/4oz or more of weight Carolina rigged with a live native minnow . And another rod using 5/8oz jigheads with a big 5″ paddletail minnow, I like purple

  4. A swim jig or a underspin jig head with a swim bait or another soft plastics with good action … bounce the jig along the shore line … the under spin throw in deep water let it sink and slowly retrieve it back

  5. Ned rigs, shakey heads, cranks ( no vegetation) and drop shots are good for rock.. also football jigs/ Texas rigs
