I am going to look at this kayak that has been previously loved. Do the marks on the bottom raise any red flags for you all? This will be for fishing in mostly shallowish saltwater. I’m not against a repair or sanding and coating the bottom in something like GatorGlide if that’s advisable to add some protection.

Looks fine, minimal damage. How much do they want for it?
Check inside of scuppers for cracks or punctures. Especially if they used a cart.
