So, cracked open my late father's tacklebox a few months back for the first time in 13 years. Decided it needed to be cleaned up a little bit so I worked on one side and the main compartment today. Looking at the lures, most of them are rusted to hell and I was wondering if it would be fine to keep using them as is or try to replace these hooks with new ones? If I need to replace, am I doing a coated hook or traditional works fine? Eventually I'll get this sorted and get back out there. Lot of memories smacking me in the face today.
