This bad boy put up an incredible fight this morning. Had the line zinging off the spool. Fishing from shore with a 4-piece travel rod. Deep in the woods at a hike-in lake in British Columbia.

Beautiful bow! Cheers from a fellow BC resident! We have some amazing fisheries here, now that salmon season is winding down I’ll be switching focus to targeting Dolly Varden and costal cutthroat in my local flows here on northern Vancouver Island.
