Opinions on used equipment I’m looking at. (Info in post)

So I have offers to buy both of these sets.
First set is $20 for two vintage poles with a South Bend Finalist 1122 and a Heddon Mark IV Model 11. No model/make info on the poles but what I can see in the pics they look to be in decent shape.

Or White River combo with case and a small box of flies for $30. Definitely leaning toward this one since it’s newer and has the soft case for the pole + reel. But would love to know if I’m missing something with the vintage set that makes it a better grab(?)
