I’ve used 9 inch plugs for blues but in the Northeast they usually run thicker than other parts of the world. Those trebles look like they will be fine for blues 4lbs and up size wise, can’t speak on their durability though…

That front treble hook is hanging a little too far down. There’s a good chance that unless the cast is perfect, any windmilling of the lure will get the line entangled.
