Sharing since ive never seen salmon so willing to smack a fly before. An older gentleman at my local shop recommended a copper john with a red bead head. I had previously only tried swinging eggstaz or the famed “green butt skunk”. So i tied some up and had great success! Anyone else ever try this? Curious to know if it was just the day or if this fly is something special
