I just bought a 12v 100ah lithium battery for my minn kota 30lb thrust trolling motor. I am wanting to finally take my Sun Dolphin 12 Jon boat on the water but realized I need a circuit breaker to connect my battery to the trolling motor. I am confused on house to determine what amp circuit breaker I need bc the internet is telling me a 30amp will do and then sometimes it says a 40-50amp will do pls help!!

It says on minn kota website they recommend 30 amp breaker for 30lb thrust motor, so just do that.
