He does appear to be a halfmoon! It could be he’s still baby-ish so he’s still growing! Here’s my twintail Halfmoon Xiao, he’s timid so I don’t get the best photos lmao but as he swims around he looks like a normal halfmoon As Brodi gets bigger, his tail will grow out too and should begin to look more like Xiao’s!

He’s most definitely a male half moon. And a pretty one at that.
But he also looks like he may be a dragon scale with his coloring on his tail and skinniness of his scales.
