He’s looked the same for the few months that I’ve had him, tips have always been white but he’s starting to become white under his chin too, not sure if fin rot or I’m just overthinking? (3rd picture is from when I got him) his tank mates are clown killis, chilli rasboras, ottos and shrimp, he’s not aggressive in the slightest but he’s worrying me

It looks he got his fins damaged a little bit but no sure, could be fin rot, do you have any way to protect the water in it?
