Obviously not a Largemouth, but I've never seen Smallmouths with red anal fins before. Spotted bass are typically more greenish with dark black spots. Both Smallmouth and Spotted bass have their two dorsal fins "connected" in the middle (Largemouths do not). Is this possibly one of the many "lesser known" bass species? I'm inclined to say Smallmouth but I am unsure.
