Why does my mustad jig I bought today have a cancer warning? Are the chemicals in it really that bad?

  1. No, it’s because it’s being compliant with California State law. It can’t be sold in California without that warning. Nearly every product has this same warning for that exact reason.

  2. They are not meant to be put in your mouth. But many contain harmful chemicals, as leftovers from production process.

In America that P65 thing in on everything…. literally everything. The plastic and probably the ink too. The ink on the p65 label itself causes cancer in California.

Oh yea.  Just look at that evil eye.  It’s out to get you.
    Probably that red dye coloring.

  5. It’s a precaution, the item could be contaminated with lead at various points of production even if it’s made out of tungsten.
