Looking to replace this reel for this rod, it’s getting long in the tooth and the handle recently went overboard
Was mainly looking at the Phlueger President or Diawa Regal LT.
Would love to hear of other possibilities in this category or what size might be best suited for this rod.
This is my do everything rod, from tossing rapalas in lakes to throwing buzz bombs in the sound. I actually quite like it even if it is beginner tier

Shimano just released a new Nasci you might be able to find the previous model on sale for less than $100.

Just a touch over 100, but good for salt and matches the color, take a look at the Daiwa Fuego
