This is Razel, she's got some concerning patches on her scales that I noticed and don't know what they could be.
She's currently in a small hospital tank (2-3 gallons, heated with a sponge filter and a bubbler) with a single shrimp, and I'll be getting some kanaplex and some other medications from PetSmart to see if it'll help, along with some more almond leaves
Her normal tank is a 20L community that's heavily filtered with 2 ADFs, a small school of black neon tetras, shrimp, and snails. None of the other animals have anything concerning either, so it seems to be just her. They all get fed a mix of sinking pellets, frozens, freeze dried, and live crickets.

Killing Rage!!! Not a helpful answer, but a real one.
I don’t think petsmart sells kanaplex. I couldn’t find it on their website and I had to order it for my betta once off of Amazon
