Fat Impact Keitechs (3.8in) and 5” Yamamoto senkos are my favorite soft plastics. I was born, raised and fished in the Chicagoland area. I now live in Orlando and over my years of fishing I’ve found to always come back to my most reliable soft baits. They get monster bites the most often with various rig setups (most often wacky or Texas for senko and jigheads for paddle tails)
Anyone have the same feeling? Or completely disagree?

Some of my best days of fishing were done with nothing but a bag of senkos. I was ripping into almost every species in the lake up north this summer and the locals were shocked. Everyone else was throwing leeches and hardbaits, lol.
