So a while ago I posted a video of my tank and I got some pretty intense reactions because of my choice in tank mates for my betta
Apparently, my selection in tank mates was so bad I got tagged with dangerous care
I wanted to try again now that I’ve done some renovations to the tank as well as some rehousing.
first and foremost, The Gourami Rangers are no longer together. I the tiger gourami to my girlfriend so she could have in her 60 gallon tank which needed to centerpiece fish. the powder blue gourami is in its own little 10 to 15 gallon tank. I don’t know the exact size along with a couple of guppies and the red kissing gourami is still in the original 30 gallon tank along with the betta since it was the most peaceful out of the three.
Obviously, as soon as the two were out the change was immediate and there was a peace and serenity to it that was pretty noticeable. This was a couple of weeks ago and I wanted to share how my tank was doing.
I re-scaped the tank to add more hiding spots for my blue neocaradina shrimp to enjoy and I cleaned it up a bit to make it a bit easier to see the fish
(Disclaimer:
There are some little figures in the tank that my little sister wanted to put in there and they haven’t done any harm so I just have sitting there. My tank is being supported my a piece of osb plywood I measured and cut myself so I could put it in that little dresser so I could have it in my room.)

Gourami are territorial and your betta is a delicate variety with long fins. Not sure how compatible those 2 are
