Hey I just wanna confirm if the brook trout I caught is a stocky or native large chance not a native but just want more opinions.

White fins and not deformations that I see. Could be a long-lived stocker though

No clear way to tell unless it has been tagged/clipped. That could be a decent sized native without a lot of stress (is that possible where you caught it?) or an older stock.

Contact the local fisheries biologist, send them any pics you have. They’ll be able to tell you a lot better than some randos on the internet.

Stocked fish usually had their adipose fin clipped. This guy still has it, you may have a natural.
