I've been looking to get into fly fishing recently and have been researching and learning more about the kinds of rods and tools involved, particularly by watching this beginner video series by Ventures Fly Co. I'd like to get my first rod and start practicing casting, but outside of getting a 5/6 weight I'm not sure what kind of brand I should seek out. The video series has some rod recommendations, but they're a bit a pricy. There are also some local fly shops in my area but they're a bit too far for me to visit during the weekday before they close and I'm tied up this weekend, so I'm looking at just ordering something online I can get more quickly

There are a number of fly rods on amazon with some basic tackle/line available for under $100 under brands like Master Logic, Plusinno, and Gonex-are these good enough to get started, or should I avoid them?
